Quick review: Well,there's no wrong with this unit. The captain ability,altough already surpassed by other units, is decent and it's very good to use with a Log Luffy friend. The special is simply amazing and there's no other F2P unit with this feature and this damage output (Koala also does it but the damage is to low). His special can be tricky to understand, so i will try to explain the best way i can. Basically you activate Sabo's special, and for the next 2 turns, every unit that hits a Good, Great or Perfect will add to their damage output 55x Sabo's ATK (55x1325=72.875).
So, every unit gains 72.875 of additional damage, and this alone doens't mean a lot in damage, but if you do the math and multiply that number by captain ability and the boat ability you will see that is a huge amount of extra damage.
If you don't have him in your box or isn't maxed out yet go ahead and do it. It's a crucial unit to have, very reliable and unique, that will help you a lot with some of the toughest content out there. Tip: If you have ATK cotton candy that you don't need put them on Sabo.

Stage 3 -» Take down the three DEX guys and stall out the lobster and the turtles. Probably you won't need to take a hit from any of them because your specials should be almost ready.
Stage 4 -» Use Sunny's, Luffy's and Ace's specials and take them all out.

Sabo
Use Boa's, Akainu's, Kuma's and Wapol's specials and burst him down in one turn. Congratulations, now you have one of the most useful raid bosses in the game.

From now on you can either burst him right away if you have two STR orbs or attack him for another turn or two and then do the burst, it's up to you to manage. If you are using the Sunny Coated you can use the special to help you taking the hit. On the burst turn use the specials from Boa, Zoro, Arlong and Doflamingo and win.
